SEN Wellbeing for All

SEN well-being sessions are aimed at young adults with learning and physical disabilities and sensory issues. We use mindfulness, massage, yoga and special educational techniques to empower our young people to tackle loneliness and isolation.

Our venue has been carefully selected to ensure that it is accessible for all and least challenging when it comes to sensory stimulation. Our young people learn how to manage challenging social situations and how to express themselves.

Our group sessions are small and are planned around special educational needs.
